How easy is it to install and operate BSA?

Very simple and intuitive installation in Android and iOS. Just download BSA from App Store or Google Play Store.

How does the solution encourage user adoption?

Passwordless one-stop authentication experience. The solution also provide hybrid solution if customer still want to use existing ID/Password plus BSA during user onboarding or as a permanent feature.

How is BSA convenient, ubiquitous and portable?

The solution doesn’t require additional device (BYOD). Just use existing mobile phone as your personal and private authenticator.

What are the choice of 2FA or authentication factors for the user?

The device and user profile is the 1st level of authentication. Additional authentication factors (2FA/MFA) are Biometrics (Face/Fingerprint), PATTERN, ICON, OTP (Email/SMS).

No penetration point for hackers or insider threats. No critical data for hackers to penetrate at the Mobile App and Server.

D. Privacy

How is data privacy protection at the data storage, is it centralized or distributed?

With blockchain, minimal data from server and user device are hashed and encrypted before being distributed to the nodes/mobile for authentication, verification and validation. The solution only store data that is non-critical user data in blockchain nodes, encrypted with hashed value. The features ensure compliance to GDPR & PDPA 2010 requirements.

Do the solution provide user consent and consent management feature?

User consent is required to use the app and to key in minimal user info such email address and mobile number. The solution also can be integrated with consent management system. These features also ensure compliance with GDPR & PDPA 2010 guidelines.

What is the solution capability to enhance privacy?

The solution support Privacy by Design as the solution does not store any sensitive privacy data and comply with GDPR & PDPA requirements.

What is the choice for users regarding how much data to share?

The choice are given during user registration with consent. The solution also provide alternative options to choose in sharing user information. 2FA or MFA data are not stored centrally and the solution only use data provided by the Phone mobile locally and supported by Android/IOS.

The solution capability is scalable on the ﬂy basis with HA and full redundancy and DR/Backup capacity for On-Cloud and On-Click. For On-Premise the baseline HW Specifications is designed for a maximum of 10,000 concurrent connection/sessions.

What is the performance measures of the solution?

The SLA is 3 seconds of latency @10,000 concurrent connection/sessions.

What is the error rate of the authentication solution?

The SLA is under 0.1% of error rate.

Does the solution provide DR, business continuity and recovery plan?

The SLA for On-Cloud and On-Click managed services is inclusive of DR & replication services as part of the SLA. For On-Premise, it is highly recommended for the solution to require 2 BSA onsite license for Production & DR site.
